Pesto Spinach Flatbread
Place flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a large microwave-safe bowl. Place into microwave on high 45 seconds, then stir.
Fold in spinach and microwave an additional 15 seconds. Stir until a soft dough ball forms.
Cut two pieces of parchment paper to fit air fryer basket. Separate dough into two sections and press each out on ungreased parchment to create 6” rounds.
Spread 1 tablespoon pesto over each flatbread and place into ungreased air fryer basket. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 8 minutes, turning crusts halfway through cooking. Flatbread will be golden when done.
Let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
